  I really don’t even want to give this place one star! I went on Thursday to order a coffee. I asked if the chocolate powder used on the cappuccinos was gluten free. She said I don’t know. I asked if she could check or even give me the packet and I could check. She made her way over to the coffee machine (took a step to the left), opened the cupboard then looked at me and said “I can’t be bothered to look, sorry”..... seriously? THIS is their customer service??? I was flabbergasted. The tables hadn’t been wiped down (the Covid cleaning procedures must have been missed by Mindy). The customer service is appalling.

  Coffee wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. No outside food can be bought in I have a 2 and 5 yr old and the selection of food wasn't very appealing to us. With the bakery in view it wasn't easy.

  Incredibly disappointed with My experience at Mindys today as purchased what I was told was a very large chips for $11 only to find out it is a little more than a regular serve that would at a regular fish n chips shop no more than $5 and that is overstating the fact as I regularly buy fish n chips for My Son and Myself. My feeling is that the centre hasn't had much business which doesn't however give anyone the right to rip good People off. Shoppers beware.

  I have coffee at Mindy's twice a week. Good service, friendly staff, great coffee and open space to sit.
